LNZ PR – Terms of Service

At LNZ PR, I aim to provide flexible, professional support to make your event or project run smoothly. These terms help set expectations and ensure a positive experience for both of us.

Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required to reserve your date and services.

  • The remaining balance is due before or on the day of service.

  • Accepted payments: [add your preferred methods here].

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, deposits may be applied to a future booking if notice is given at least 7 days in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your event will require full payment.

Services & Boundaries

  • Services are based on the package(s) you select. Additional hours, tasks, or assistants will be billed separately.

  • Child & pet care is available only when booked in advance and takes place on-site during the event.

  • I do not provide vendor contracts, full event coordination, or long-term management. My services are designed to be flexible, temporary, and day-of focused.

Liability

LNZ PR is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during an event.

  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment and clear instructions.

  • I carry day-of event insurance but this does not replace venue or vendor insurance.

Content Capture

  • Photos, videos, and clips captured by LNZ PR are shared with the client.

  • Unless requested otherwise in writing, LNZ PR may use select images for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Agreement

By booking services with LNZ PR, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
